Spontaneous mile run

Okay, more like jog 3/4, walk 1/4. But this is a breakthrough: I got out of the house, took it easy because I am out of shape and I’m trying to avoid spraining my ankle and/or pulling a muscle, and it wasn’t too bad. It felt not that great towards the end, but I’m gonna try to do this everyday.
